Fifty respondents participated by answering the survey questionnaire online which will lead to the results identifying the level of effectiveness of Facebook Live to online sellers. The findings determined that both of effectiveness of using Facebook Live and the common issues encountered by the respondents are not rejected by the hypothesis, because the result is not significant at p<0.05. Thus, there is no significant difference between the group when segmented according to items being sold. The researchers developed marketing material based on the results that will help online sellers to enhance Facebook Live selling.
