Undergraduate thesis.

This study investigated the correlates of motivation and satisfaction among Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) students at Olivarez College Paranaque, with the goal of creating an enhanced program development plan. Utilising a quantitative correlational research design, data was collected through a survey questionnaire administered to a select group of BSHM students. The research aimed to determine the significant relationships between various factors of the academic environment and the students level of motivation and satisfaction. Findings from this study provide a foundational basis for the institution to develop and implement targeted program enhancements and strategic initiatives, ultimately seeking to improve students retention and elevate the overall quality of the BSHM program. The results are intended to guide the creation of a more engaging and supportive learning environment that is better aligned with the needs and expectations of the students.
