Using a quantitative-descriptive approach, data was gathered through structured surveys assessing graduates' employment status, the relevance and application of their hard and soft skills, and the extent to which their current job roles relate to their field of study. Findings reveal a high employment rate among graduates, with most securing tourism-related roles within six months of graduation. Skills such as time management, customer service, and professional ethics emerged as highly practiced and essential across the industry. The study identifies significant differences in skill in application across employment status, industry, and graduation year, emphasizing the dynamic interaction between education and real-world employability. The research culminates in developing a Program Skills Assessment tool to enhance curriculum design and ensure that graduates possess the competencies demanded by the evolving tourism sector. These insights support institutional improvement, students preparedness, and industry collaboration for workforce readiness ER -
