Understanding their coping mechanisms, struggles, and driving forces as they negotiate the educational system with ALS is the aim of the study. The study{92}s in-depth interviews with eight carefully selected participants revealed four main themes: Motivations and purpose for returning to education, Barriers and Struggles in Educational Continuity, Coping strategies and time management, and role of support system. The impact of ALS on learners{92} self-worth, personal development, and future opportunities is highlighted by this study. The findings give schools, organizations, and legislators important information for enhancing support in improving support systems for marginalized learners seeking a second chance at education. aEducation aMarginalized Communities a Access to Education aEducational Barriers aAlternative Learning System (ALS) aStudent Experiences aCommunity Support aGutierrez, Ruperth Ann J. aLedesma, Yvonne Ivory aMariquit, Efrelene aNatividad, Ysmaela O.
