A total of 54 BSBA alumni from the academic year 2021-2024 at Olivarez College in Paranaque City participated in the study, which used an explanatory sequential mixed method research design. They were chosen using a purposive, non-random sampling technique that is filtered according to specified criteria. researcher -,made interview and survey questionnaires were used to gather necessary data wherein it is validated by the experts, three from the institution and 2 professionals. Qualitative data are gathered through in-depth actual and online interviews while Google Forms was used to collect quantitative data, which was computed using SPSS to determine the significant similarities and differences between the variables. The findings revealed that the graduates{92} employability is significantly shaped by their academic and experiential learning, and soft skills, including communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and reliability. Employability was found to be improved by academic achievements, especially in general education, core business, and professional major courses, while practicum experiences provided critical real-world skills ER -
