The study aimed to investigate the implementation of outcomes-based education through the perspective of master teachers in basic education schools. This research utilized a qualitative descriptive method, employing an interview questionnaire with seven respondents. The findings indicated that the Master Teachers from selected basic education schools experienced student-centered learning within the framework of outcome-based education. The researchers identified several challenges faced by these teachers, including technological anxiety, teacher burnout, heavy workloads, budget constraints, and resistance to change. The output of the study provides valuable inputs for the school{92}s learning action cell, aimed at developing solutions to address the challenges experienced by master teachers.
