This study evaluates the implementation of a web-based centralized application system designed to improve student registration at Olivarez College. The system offers significant advantages by automating key processes, eliminating paper forms, and providing a user-friendly online platform that enhances the student experience. Additionally , the robust data analytics capabilities of the system facilitate improved data- driven decision-making for admission and other departments, ultimately increasing productivity and allowing staff focus on more strategic tasks. While the system serves as a valuable tool for monitoring and managing information efficiently, it is essential to acknowledge its limitations. Potential issues may arise during use, including potential technical glitches or unstable internet connection. Understanding both the scope of the system, its capabilities and its limitations is crucial for ensuring successful and efficient deployment. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting quantitative data through surveys. Analysis revealed a statistically significant improvement in user satisfaction and operational efficiency, with respondents rating the system{92}s interface and functionality as {91} very satisfied{92}. The findings underscore the system{92}s transformative potential in enhancing marketing operations within higher education, while also highlighting the importance of proactive management of its limitations to maximize overall impact. By implementing this innovative system, Olivarez College strengthens its competitive edge in the higher education market, showcasing its commitment to technological advancement and student centric practices. Future research could explore the long-term effects of the system and investigate opportunities for further enhancements.
