The main concern of this study is to determine the difference between the employer's and the employee's views on employment in the hospitality industry, a quantitative descriptive approach was used. The researchers surveyed millennial's employers in the hospitality industry and millennial hospitality industry workers. The survey was given to 30 employers and 120 millennial employees in the hotel industry all over MUNTIPARLAS (i.e. the cities of Muntinlupa, Parañaque, and Las Piñas) randomly selected. The data was collected through a self-made questionnaire form designed with a four-point scale. The research aimed is retaining millennial employees in their current workplace. For the millennial employees, the salary and benefits are the primary drivers for them to remain in their current companies while for the employers, paid leaves, health cards, and other benefits are the primary determinants for them to stay in their current work. As for company culture, it is having high morale in the work area is considered very important by the millennial employees while for the employers, it is having strong teamwork within the department. In the light of career advancement, the employees look into the importance of available promotion for career advancement while the employers regard promotional advancement and free training, seminars, and workshops as imperative for them to stay.
