This study was intended to explore the lived experiences of private school teachers who experienced burnout during pandemic. It utilized qualitative phenomenological method using focus group discussion, interviews and doodling among thirteen participants in selected private schools. Results showed that participants experienced never-ending challenges as they shifted from face-to-face instructions to online modalities. Teachers were required a massive amount of time, effort and resources to achieve these practical and achievable teaching modalities. To respond to this, a mindfulness tool was proposed for this purpose.
