Master Thesis This study intended to analyze the struggles in distance learning delivery of in field stem teachers in the new normal system of education. It includes determining their struggles perceptions, strengths and weaknesses. It utilized the qualitative phenomenological study to explore common themes from lived experiences for in-field STEM teachers of the selected public schools in the Division of Cavite. This is to unveil the complexities surrounding this kind of teaching as the fundamental meanings of the lived experiences that are still overlooked. Its resolution is to address the need to understand the experiences, to ask how fundamental their lived experiences are and to focus on what is actually happening. Also, this will offer new understanding about the in-field STEM teachers' experiences in positions with implications for the improvement of retention of teachers and the provision of quality education to students. The result showed that the adaptation to the new standard of education at a critical period degrades their attitudes, responsibilities, and habits as a result of the COVID-19 issue. Their work and life balance were dramatically changed due to the complexity of the system, it was described as tough, stressful, and difficult, a swerve of issues, including exorbitant and limitless workloads, and barriers to communication and technology. The interchange from traditional set-up to technology base instruction require practical, effective, omnipresent teaching and learning with a significant amount of time, effort, and resources.
