Garcia. aParañaque City:bOlivarez College,c2022. aMaster Thesis aThe purpose of this research is to know the different impacts and challenges that are encountered by the employees of City Government of Paranaque while working from home during the pandemic and to be able to come up with a basis for a standardized assessment program that can be used to find out if the employees are performing well and productive at work during the work from home set-up. The researcher used the quantitative descriptive research method and Inferential statistics which was deemed most appropriate in the study wherein the significant differences and relationship between two or more variables are explored using statistical analyses. Moreover, the researchers target population was the employees under City Government of Parañaque. In order to access the impact of Performance and Productivity of work from home set-up among the employees she Convenience sampling with a combination of Quota sampling. In addition, the primary data were gathered published materials such as books, articles, and journals while the secondary information were gathered through the use of a researchers made survey questionnaires via google form. All data gathered were reviewed and analyze by the researcher using appropriate statistical methods.
