  <abstract>This study will awaken the nursing students to know more and to be competent in terms of drug administration. In rendering the healthcare status to our patients, student nurses must know their responsibilities in handling patients especially in drug administration. This study aims to assess the level of competency of level III and IV students in terms of drug administration. The study was conducted at Olivarez College in Paranaque City. This research covered 31 nursing students and four clinical instructors who handled the students in clinical area. A questionnaire was given personally to the students and to the clinical instructors to assess their level of competency in drug administration.  A descriptive-correlational design was utilized which will describe the data and characteristics about the population or phenomenon being studied.  Based on the summary and findings, the researchers have arrived at the following conclusions:  1. As stated in the researcher's findings, the researchers recommend to have an activity that will enhance the student's competency in the latest trends in research about drug administration like having research papers about the current trends in drug administration.  2. As the student nurses perceived by the clinical instructors, they suggest to have activities which will enhance the communication skills of the students as well as their skills in facing patients to give medication.   This research was undertaken to gain answers to the problems of Kidney Failure and on Hemodialysis Therapy.  this study which is to determine the Quality of life of Diabetic patients with Specifically, the study aimed to answer the following questions:  1.) What is the profile of the respondents in terms of the ff: 1.1 age 1.2 gender 2.) What is the quality of life of diabetic patients with kidney failure 1.3 civil status 1.4 Monthly income and on hemodialysis therapy with regards to: 2.1 Physical and Physiological aspect 2.2 Psychological and Emotional aspect 2.3 Social aspect 3.) Is there any significant relation in the quality of life of t diabetic patients with kidney failure and on hemodialysis therapy when grouped according to age, gender, civil status,monthly income and period of hemodialysis? In this research study, the respondents consisted of 30 diabetic patients with kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at MEDICAL CENTER OF PARANAQUE CITY. This utilized the descriptive research method in determining the Quality of Life of Diabetic Patients with Kidney Failure and on Hemodialysis Therapy at MEDICAL CENTER OF PARANAQUE CITY. A letter of permission was secured at MEDICAL CENTER OF PARANAQUE CITY where the researchers conducted the study. They distributed questionnaires to some identified households with diabetic patients residing in the said area.</abstract>
