It involved 177 Olivarez College adolescent students who are 16 to 20 years old and are enrolled during the second semester of SY 2001-2002. The researcher used the non-probability convenience and judgment type of sampling. The principal data-gathering instrument was a self-made questionnaire. The statistical techniques used to treat the data are frequency, percentage and weighted mean. Rating scale was used to come up with a numerical and descriptive rating of the respondent's varying degrees of fulfillment of needs and the extent by which guidance activities responded to the fulfillment of their psychosocial needs. There are more respondents who are female; in their later stage of development or are 17 20 years old; with 1 - 4 siblings; later-borne; with positive sibling relationship; in a nuclear family; with authoritative parents; having monthly family income of P10.000.00 and below, members of 1 school organization; and, members of a peer group.</subfield>
