  <abstract>This study aimed to asses the performance of Olivarez College Security Guards in providing security and safety service. Twelve School Administrations, Fifty Seven School Non-Teaching Staff and Seventy Three School Teaching Staff participated in this study. A researcher made questionnaire was crafted for data gathering and Likert scale in conjunction to mean was utilized in this study. There are five sectors consist of Crime Prevention, Firefighting Procedure and Fire Prevention, Bomb Threat respond and Visitor Courtesy, those sectors are part of the security guards daily work. To be able to know if there are still rooms that need an improvement in service of security guards, questions regarding those five sectors were created for the assessment. Based on the overall findings of the study of this study, the security guards performance on crime prevention is observed by the respondents. It means that security guards are performing well when it comes to crime prevention and they must continue their efforts to keep the school free from crime. They also have a good performance when it comes fire prevention and firefighting procedure, bomb threat respond and visitor courtesy. Although the security guards go a good performance it can be still improve to become more better and efficient in their work by taking the recommendations provided in this study like taking trainings and seminars about crime prevention, bomb treats provided by Philippine National Police and Firefighting Procedures and Fire Prevention that is provided by Bureau of Fire Protection and other seminars about having a good customer/client service.</abstract>
