It facilitates the implementation of program and services that that implements the community development and outreach program of the geared towards empowering communities and to assist the less privileged community by helping them acquire greater control over their critical resources, easier access to basic services that the school could offer. With the support of the school organizations, the different programs are organized to enhance the intellectual, spiritual, physical and socio-cultural needs of the beneficiaries for their own growth and development.  Olivarez College community can participate and get involved in community welfare activities in order to actualize and enrich experiences. It also initiated plans of action for the depressed community and integrated school programs for a wider faculty and student involvement. Cultural and social activities, small-scale income-generating projects, health and nutrition and civic/volunteer and spiritual services were among the several programs and services had for children, youth and adults in some barangays of Paranaque city.  The purpose of this is to reduce the paperwork and well organized all the documents, images and evaluation form coming from the department.</subfield>
