<subfield code="a">This study is about Class Programme System (CPS) of Olivarez College, this study has been motivated by the realization that most of the instructors in Olivarez College are having a problem in their respective schedules, so the researchers present you a more enhanced CPS to improve the inadequate of the old system. CPS provides a simple interface for the maintenance of the class programme. It can be used by every department of Olivarez College to maintain the schedules of students easily. CPS deals with all kinds of subjects and schedules other resource-related details. It will also have faculty time schedules. The purpose of this is to arrange or fix the schedule and circulate the system generation process in every department of Olivarez College. The study resulted in these major findings, first, only one research design was used by students, quantitative, second, respondents admitted that the system is an upgrade of the old system. Still, they were very eager in applying the correct statistics tools and procedures writing the theoretical framework, and understanding research concepts just to improve the system so that it will make the scheduling in Olivarez College easier and comfortable for the instructors. Third, the researchers deployed the system to the secretary of CCASE, the secretary gave the researchers recommendations about improving the system to a much better one. The results pointed out the need to develop the old system, that is why the researchers become more focused on enhancing the system so that it will provide an easier way for the administrator to use the system. </subfield>
