It is most crucial because in this period, the childforms most of his habits, attitudes and behavioral patterns, and develops hispersonality and intelligence. This is the period of rapid growth. As proven by researches, later development and changes in the child is greatlyinfluenced by early life experiences. Early habits and attitudes will affect the future.The first years may enhance or inhibit his development; hence, when not properlyguidedin the beginning, concerned adult may spend more time remedying themistakes they commit on the child than teaching the latter the correct concepts.
