In every company, there are items needed especially technologies, one example is a school, just like Olivarez College. This school has a wide proportion in terms of school grounds, of course, there is a lot of buildings, facilities, and offices/ department. Each facility needs a weekly supply especially school and office supplies. Some of the supplies that they need were used on daily basis, that's why they need a lot of reserved items. The present way of requesting any items uses paper, a lot of time and energy. Because of this, the researchers proposed the Online Requisition and Inventory System; this system helps the employees of Olivarez College to lessen the thinking when it comes to requesting supplies of items. The system can be accessed thru the internet so even far from the school premises or on vacation, they can still request items without worrying too much. The website will contain a database where all of their requests will be saved. Each office or department has its account so that they can log in on the website. They can also view all of their created requests specially approved and declined requests.
