Everyone aspires a quality life that everyone claims that he/she deserves, no matter what walk of life he/she is into. As such, considering to be in the very intricate, complicated and tedious profession, teachers are confronted with stress and burnout brought about by the nature of their work. This study aimed to determine the relationship among holistic wellness, professional quality of life and work values of teachers in Immaculate Heart of Mary College - Parañaque and the impact to their work performance. This study utilized quantitative descriptive correlation research using standardized questionnaires, such as Perceived Wellness Survey, the Professional Quality of Life Scale and Work Values among 63 academic teaching personnel of the Immaculate Heart of Mary College - Paranaque in four groups, namely: the subject area coordinators (14). teachers in the grade school (25), junior high school (19) and senior high school (5), respectively. Frequency, percentage, weighted mean, rank, the One-way ANOVA and Pearson R correlation coefficient were used in the treatment of data needed for this study. From the generated data, results showed no significant relationship established among the latter's holistic wellness, professional quality of life, work values and work performance. Pointing out to the identified gaps, the researcher designed a work-life balance program intended for this purpose.
