It tracks their inventory sales. how many items, and how much is the purchased per item. The data gathered from every custodian per building are being used to have the details in the system. The purpose of this comprehensive system is to make the recording more secured organized, facilitate all items inside the school. The data needed is the properties in every building, attachments (receipt), Item ID of each item and users can print/ download for their inventory copy. The authority of the system will be in charge in System admin and co admin (Property Custodian). This system can be used to store the details of the inventory, update the inventory based on the sale details produce receipts for sales, generate sales and inventory reports periodically etc. This is one integrated system that contains both the user component (used departments and users) and the admin component (used by the system admin and co-admin performing admin level functions such as adding new items to the inventory, changing the price of an item etc.).</subfield>
