  <abstract>This study was undertaken primarily to determine the perceptions of teachers and school administrators on the performance of the Master Teachers in public elementary and secondary schools in the division of Pasay school year 2000- 2001. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the personal and professional profile of the respondents in terms of each of the following: a. Age; b. Sex; c. Civil Status;  d. Highest educatiotional attainment; and,  e. Length of Service You sent You unsent a message You sent 2. What is the perception of school administrators and teachers on the level of performance of Master Teachers in both elementary and Secondary Schools in relation to: a. Classroom management; b. Classroom instruction; and c.  Classroom evaluation?  3. Is there a significant relationship on the perception of school administrators and teachers on the level of performance of Master teachers and each of the aforementioned profile items?  4. Is there a significant difference between the perceptions of school administrators and teachers on the level of performance of Master Teacher in both public elementary and secondary schools in relation to: a. Classroom management; b. Classroom instruction; and, C. Classroom evaluation? </abstract>
