Most of the celebrations require equipment and a venue. To make a successful preparation for an event, you need first to prioritize the capacity of the venue, especially if it is a big event. For example, birthdays, recognition, seminar, meeting and party, etc. Those events require a wide venue to accommodate many guests. Creating a reservation needed to be done a week before the exact date of the event. In Olivarez College, the one responsible for creating a reservation, and also, they are the one who set up the equipment like speakers, microphones, extension, and all of the equipment for the sound system. If they are going to create a reservation at Olivarez College, they are the ones they need to contact. The process you need to accomplish to make a reservation is you need first to locate their office which is hard especially when you are not familiar with the school. You need to ask the school staff before you can reach the office. Next is you need to follow the instruction for making a reservation. Since there are conflicts, we have come up to create a solution and that is the Development of Information Management of Olivarez College Instructional Media Services. It can be used by the Instructional Media Services Office (IMS) and Information and Acquisition section (Office of the Director) to maintain the data of their clients and to give the quality of service, to get the information that the clients want to know about their needs easily. The creation and management of accurate, up-to-date information regarding the availability of staff's service, time, venue, and equipment. Development of Information Management System of Olivarez College Instructional Media Services deals with all kinds of IMS details, services reports, availability details, staff's information, and other resource-related information. The purpose of this is to reduce the paper works and automating the record generation process in every department of Olivarez College.
