Also, challenges encountered and issues confronted while taking graduate education program were identified. This study utilized quantitative correlation research design using a researcher-made questionnaire. The main source of the data came primarily from 110 public school teachers from Tagaytay City, composed of 62 from elementary schools and 48 from secondary schools. Results show that the public school teachers in the elementary and secondary levels have positive attitude towards graduate education. Such respondents' attitude remained the same regardless of their teaching level and location of school. The foremost concern of the respondents was the emergence of a fly-by-night graduate schooling.
