This study aimed to determine the inputs and outputs of HEKASI Teaching in grade VI in the Division of Puerto Princesa City to become the basis in designing teacher training program that can solve the problems concerning the achievement of pupils. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1. What are the inputs in teaching HEKASI in terms of: A. Person-Related Variables 1. Educational Qualifications; 2. Line of Concentration/Specialization or major subject; EGE 3. Subject interested to teach; 4. No. of years in teaching HEKASI; 5. Familiarity in teaching Methodologies; and 6. Performance rating. B. Work-Related Variables 1. Class size; 2. Textbook-pupil ratio; 3. Conspicuous supervisions. 2. What is the level of pupil's outputs in teaching HEKASI according to their: 1. National Elementary Assessment Test; 2. Division Achievement Test; 3. Final Grade. 3. What are the major problems encountered in teaching HEKASI in terms of: a. Pupil Related Problems; b. Teacher Related Problem; and c. Work Related Problem. BS With EGE 4. Is there a significant relationship between the inputs and outputs of HEKASI teaching? 5. Based on the data analysis, what training program may be proposed for the HEKASI teachers? The study used the descriptive method of research. Questionnaires, Form 18; DAT and NEAT results were the main instruments in gathering the data. There were 360 grade VI pupils and 120 HEKASI teachers in the Division of Puerto Princesa City who were involved in the study. The statistical treatment used in this study were frequency, percentage, weighted arithmetic mean and Spearman Rho.
