The purpose of this research is to see the impact of the New Rules on Contracting and Subcontracting Arrangement brought to Lina Group of Companies (LGC), which is composed of 21 companies operating in different industries. With the implementation of this provision in the country, LGC's biggest manpower provider. Lightspeed Cooperative, was greatly affected which even led to company closure. LGC has to take actions to secure the company's daily operation because of this policy. This research aims to see how it affected the organization as a whole. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive Respondents of this research were superiors or authorized representatives and temporary employees of the different LGC companies. The questionnaire used Likert Scale type of questions, so interpretations may be derived by the weighted mean of the answers. To interpret the data effectively, the researcher employed the following treatments: weighted mean, frequency; percentage; T-Test, and One-Way ANOVA Based on the results obtained, respondents are satisfied with them job stability and productivity level. It also shows that the respondents agree about the new rules on contractualization and subcontractualization However, this might be because respondents somewhat understood the new rules but not in a deeper sense based on the answers garnered. Also, on the company's side, based on the result: they experienced slight impact both on the organizational structure and company's productivity level. Results obtained clearly show that the company and employees are only experiencing a neutral impact of the said policies. A further study on the effect of this new provision which will focus on businesses or whether big or small, to see how this would affect their business activities, is the researcher's recommendation for the future researchers. It was also discovered that respondents have minimal idea on the content of the said rules, including its coverage. With this, researcher that contains drafted an employee manual that contains the basic information to help the readers understand the provisions of the said new rules.
