  <abstract>Financial freedom refers to a specific type of freedom which enables an individual to become who he really is and at the same time fulfills what it is that he really intends to do with his life. However, the idea of financial freedom is understood differently by each individual. Given this different perception about financial freedom, each individuals also have different ways and practices on how to achieve financial freedom. In particular, BPO setting where majority of employees are mainly consists of young professional that are also so-called millennial, the concept of financial  freedom is very ideal.  There is a research made by Social Enterprise Development  Partnership, Incorporated that examines the financial behavior of  millennial. The research was conducted from January to September 2016  where 75% of respondents were college graduate who are working and  considered as young professionals. The purpose of this research is to  uncover how different individuals perceive financial freedom, know how  they act upon based on the perceptions and how prepared are they when  emergencies that entails finances come their way. In this kind of industry  where financial management is not part of the training developrnent  program, this research is intended to insert the topic of financial freedom in  the current training development program of the company.  This research study will help young professionals to align their goals  and practices with what they are pursuing which is the idea of financial  freedom and to help them enlighten their view on the concept of financial  freedom. As to the concept of financial freedom both Vyas &amp;  Raval, Britt, Faboyede and Ben-Caleb stated that it is the state of being able  to do or accomplish anything that an individual want to fulfill of which  financial freedam means being able to spend more time with their families while being able to provide their children comfortable lives While on the  contary, Kiyosaki states that to be able to be considered financially-  free, one has to go through a long process of improvement and growth both  emotionally and spiritually. These different concepts are vital to this  research because this will serve as an evidence that each respondents  have their own unique perception of financial freedom. Moreover, since  financial freedom is perceived differently, various activities are also cited to  being practiced to be financially-free.  According to Rapisura, there are currently a greater number of  millennials who own investments as compared to people from older  generations and these young professionals are also seen to be more active  in the capital and financial markets. The respondents are well informed of  the idea of financial freedom. Most of them showed an optimism on how  they perceive financial freedom and that they do not agree on unattainability  and impossibility of it. With their perceptions, the respondents however are  trying to align their practices on how to achieve financial freedom.</abstract>
