    <subfield code="a">The protection, promotion and support of breastfeeding have now become a major international priority as emphasized in the Global Strategy for Infant and Young Child Feeding which is a joint developed by World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).  The researchers used the behavioral system model. It is based on pre- existent body of knowledge to develop over years by a number of disciplines. This is done by focusing of the knowledge and practices of individual.  The researchers conclude that low monthly income does not stop the Barangay Health Workers (BHW) in teaching about infant breastfeeding. They also conclude that they are still able to perform their job in the health center and do other job afterwards. They also further conclude that health teaching about infant feeding does need Barangay Health Worker (BHW) to attend tertiary education for them to gain knowledge based on the percentage of knowledge in given tool. The grand mean is 1.58 with the verbal interpretation of knowledgeable. On the Gender has the frequency of 88 and 97%. Stated that as female and the reproductive stage and even experience to bear a child. They have the knowledge toward infant feeding. They more conclude results shows that relationship of knowledge and practices has a correlation because on how they be able to perform a practice or ways without knowledge.</subfield>
