The process involved seeking approvals: data collection and statistical treatment of data, Results reveal that there is a relationship between the age and months of experience to the caring behaviors of newly graduated nurses. Performance appraisal of newly graduated nurses should include evaluation of caring behaviors; there should be programs toward personality enhancement that will benefit them to realize the appropriate behaviors when dealing with patients are For future researchers, further study of the caring behaviors of nurses should be done especially when they are newly graduated, they have less experience in interacting with patients and the age gaps of nurses and patients, and these may interfere to the care render
