This study aims to determine the impact of working capital management on the financial performance and financial position of manufacturing companies in Parañaque City. The researcher outsourced information using books, Internet web pages, related literature, and articles to support the study. A self- constructed survey questionnaire was also used to collect data that was validated by four technical experts and tested using the Cronbach's alpha reliability. Tables were used to present the data from the survey questionnaire. Frequency, percentage, average weighted mean, Pearson r, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to present, analyze, and interpret the data. Working capital management is a crucial aspect of financial management because it is the life-line and control nerve center of any type of business organization. Previous studies on Working Capital Management have not dealt with the impact of working capital management on financial performance and position. Working capital management is one of the most vital functions of corporate management. The majority of the companies have effective working capital management along with all areas of cash, accounts receivables, and short term liabilities management, but managing the company's inventory is the most effective for manufacturing companies. The main objective of this study was to assess the impact of working capital management on the financial performance and financial position of manufacturing companies in Parañaque City. Effective working capital management was found to have a significant relationship with the impact of working capital management on the performance of the company.
