  <abstract>The dental record is the official document of the clinic that contains all medical information, clinical reports, procedures performed, and patient-related interactions that occur in the dental office, including address and treatment records. The use of the paperless dental record system improves the performance of such tasks over the use of paper-based dental records. The quantitative method and Cronbach's alpha are the research method that is used in this study. The researchers employed it systematically. It is a statistical technique to narrow down the population of the study. The total current is calculated by dividing the total population size by the preferred sample size. Survey via Google Forms and interview via Facebook Messenger were used as research tools. As a statistical treatment, we used descriptive statistics. The system was developed using software such as Visual Studio 2010, and XAMPP MySQL Database. The results according to the pilot testing findings, Cronbach's alpha reliability estimate of the scale was adequate towards excellent. This means that the pilot testing is reliable for the study. As for the system evaluation, the majority of users who have used the system strongly agree with the system established. The system is useful for doctors as they can track records of their patients and schedule patients. Since the system is paperless, the system will allow this to be more efficient. For future research, this paper will be useful as it can be a credible guide for them in creating a similar system. In addition, more research is needed to better comprehend database management and develop a digital dental record system.</abstract>
