The data used in this study is descriptive quantitative and were collected through a 4-point scale validation on a researcher-made questionnaire on the customer's perception of spa in terms of marketing, sales / distribution, and customer service indicators and the impact of spa experience in terms. Last but certainly not least, we would like to thank our families for supporting us endlessly financially and emotionally throughout this study.
