LGBTQIA+ organizations play a vital role in creating a more just and equitable world for all sexual orientations and gender identities. LGBTQIA+ represents a spectrum of identities that opens opportunities to the notions of sexuality and gender. LGBTQIA+ people are a colorful weaving of personalities that rejects description. The LGBTQIA+ community continues to pursue equality, self-expression, and resiliency for the opportunities that are there for them. A future in which everyone may live freely and honestly, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, appears to be growing realistic as knowledge and acceptance develop. This undergraduate research aims to bridge the gap by creating an involvement program for LGBTQIA+ communities. This study notes that both gender and sexuality are intricate and nuanced concepts. This study explores the opportunities faced by LGBTQIA+, examining how tourism can empower the organization and contribute to their communities. This qualitative study used a non-probabilistic sampling method and a purposive sampling technique to answer the interview guide questions. The researchers created self-made interview guide questions for the LGBTQIA+ organization{92}s representative across Parañaque City. The results showed that the interview participants are actively participating in their community to foster local tourism. The LGBTQIA+ community promotes tourism through social media, promotions, flyers, public announcements, and information dissemination during events and projects. Hence, LGBTQIA+ has been involved in events and projects, received support from the barangay, and participated in livelihood programs such as Lifeline Livelihood.
