Undergraduate Thesis
A medicine inventory and patient record system for Barangay BF provides a set of tools developed for the upkeep of the good cycle of medicines on hand and stock out for Barangay BF Health Center, and to prevent losses of patients' record. A medicine inventory and patient record is system effective and efficiency method for honest distribution of medicine of barangay health center and for keeping patient record. Medicine inventory and patient record system requires simple and user-friendly functionality. The medicine inventory system is indispensable, especially due to a number of people who handle the dispensing of medicines. Because Barangay BF has a large population, the monitoring of cases for outpatients by its health center personnel will be beneficial for all stakeholders because medicine inventory will then be monitored real-time and a large number of patients' records will be safeguarded and archived digitally.
