A medicine inventory and patient record is system effective and efficiency method for honest distribution of medicine of barangay health center and for keeping patient record. Medicine inventory and patient record system requires simple and user-friendly functionality. The medicine inventory system is indispensable, especially due to a number of people who handle the dispensing of medicines. Because Barangay BF has a large population, the monitoring of cases for outpatients by its health center personnel will be beneficial for all stakeholders because medicine inventory will then be monitored real-time and a large number of patients' records will be safeguarded and archived digitally.
