The system of study used by the researchers is based on descriptive correlation method. The descriptive method is the systematic scientific investigation of properties and phenomena and their relationships. The objective of descriptive research is to develop and employ mathematical models, theories and hypotheses pertaining to natural phenomena. The process of measurement is central to quantitative research because it provides the fundamental connection between empirical observation and mathematical expression of quantitative relationships. The study assessed the Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. The acceptance and behavioral patterns was measured. The variables were studies whether they had a relation with the compliance of patients to their medication. The variables associated were general health limitations of activities physical health problems, energy and emotions, social activities, pain, emotional health problems. They were chosen based on the literature found related to the study. This study aims to answer the following questions: What are the personality profiles of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with regards to age and gender. What are the behavioral patterns of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with regards to their general health, limitations of activities, physical health problems emotional health problems, social activities, pain, energy and emotions; What is the pulmonary tuberculosis patients' level of acceptance their disease?; and Is there a significant relationship between the pulmonary tuberculosis patients! behavioral patterns and their acceptance of the disease? The study focused on patient's age 25-35 years old. The study showed that 18 or 60% out of 30 respondents were male and 12 or 40% out of 30 were female. It is observed that male dominated the number of patients having is pulmonary tuberculosis than female for the reason that most of the male patients. have inappropriate lifestyle status. The study showed the weighted mean distribution and interpretation of the behavioral pattern factors. The general health got 3.04, limitation of activities got 3.48, physical health problems got 2.95, energy and emotional health problems gut 3.08 and social activities got 3.40. with the following results gained. It is stated that the patients sometimes experience some difficulties in the following factors such as general health, limitations of activities, physical health problems, energy and emotional health problems and social activities. The study showed that 5 or 17% cut of 30 pulmonary tuberculosis patients did not to accept their illness and 25 or 83% out of 30 respondents accepted their illness and was able to comply with the medication. This signified that majority of the patients were able to comply with the course of medication provided at the health centers. The study showed the correlation and significance between the acceptance and behavioral patterns of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. General health have 0.36 limitations of activities have -0.57, physical health problems have 0.35, limitations of activities have -0.57, physical health problems have 0.52, energy and emotional health problems have -0.10, social activities have 0.53. it is now evident that there is no relationship between acceptance and behavioral pattern. Therefore, the null hypothesis is accepted that there is no significant relationship between the pulmonary tuberculosis patients' acceptance and their behavioral patterns It is obvious that most of the factors involved between acceptance and behavioral pattern have inverse relationship: only the social activities of the patients have moderate relationship. In this case, there's no reason that can cause to patient's noncompliance to their medication. This was proven by using the correlation method of the Pearson product of correlation test. Based from the results, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the acceptance and behavioral patterns of the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Based on the results of the study, the following recommendations are hereby advanced The ability to view positively the successes and falures that impact one's life A survey must be made to determine if the patients know about their disease or not. If not, they must be given proper health education on how to be cured and enlighten their minds on the consequences of not being able to comply with the course of medication. Family members should provide positive motivation and emotional support to their ill relatives to be able to alleviate their anxiety Other predictors of personality of the patients must be examined, since this will help the individual and the hospital workers improve the care and services to be giver.
