Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: Olivarez College may be very large, or it may have many facilities. Every year, lots of new students get admitted in the university. Many new buildings are built, new courses are started, and some departments may be relocated inside the campus. It creates problem to the new comer to reach easily and timely in the desired location. This problem led the researchers to conduct a study and at the same time develop a system that might help in resolving the said issue. Data for this quantitative study were collected through survey, the researchers talked to the Head of Marketing Office and asked permission if they can make a system that will help the Marketing. The researchers made a survey questionnaire to be answered by the respondents that will help the researchers in improving their system. The data from this quantitative study were collected through 21-item questionnaire, Survey Rating Systems Features - System Information System Function - Real Time Status and Completeness. The data were analyzed by using weighted mean. The respondents were categorized by levels College, Senior High and others (parents and visitors). The study resulted to these findings that the respondents are agree that this research gives graphical and detailed directions to desired destinations. This study also show direction from assign starting location to desired destination. The result indicated the need to develop a system that will help the Marketing Office to provide directions and give information to students, parents and visitors of Olivarez College to minimize the works of the attendees.
