520 _aSpas have become an integral component of the lifestyle of many travelers and tourists all around the world. Some people even go to the spa just to relax and experience what it feels like to be serene and free from the daily stresses of life. Because of the growing demand of spa services, the spa market/industry bloomed, and this caused many spa managements to implement strategies in order to make their spa brand look better to the public. Studying customer preferences became one strategy in order to implement better features into the spa and make the spa brand look better as a whole. In the paper, the researchers conducted a survey among La Costa Spa customers to know their preferences and recalibrate the brand of La Costa Spa. They found out the different preferences of the customer and what needs to be done in order to improve La Costa Spa. In this way, the customers will be satisfied, keep coming back to the spa, and make the spa successful in terms of profit and branding. Different suggestions on what features should be added to the spa were also included by the researchers to show what the respondents prefer in order to make La Costa Spa better as a whole.
