520 _aThe study aimed at assessing the level of observance of the health standard protocol on cases of Dengue Virus during Covid-19 pandemic in Paranaque City to serve as basis for an action plan. Thus, it generated topics on the experiences of the Dengue patients, moreover, the healthcare providers in the treatment. In gathering the data, the researcher utilized the quantitative descriptive method through a researcher-made survey disseminated to a total of 120 respondents consisting of 20 health personnels and 100 dengue patients from 2020-2022. Results showed that the majority of respondents of this study have been classified at the range of 18-25 years old, mostly female and single. With regards to their highest educational attainment, majority of them were college graduates. The level of observance of health protocols on case of dengue virus during COVID-19 Pandemic in Parañaque City assessed by the two groups of respondents in terms of Patient Care, Patient and Staff Communication has an overall verbal interpretation of fully observed while Administration of Drugs and Hospital Care has an overall verbal interpretation of observed. There were significant differences in the assessments of the two groups of respondents on the level of Administration of Drugs and Hospital care in the level of observance of health protocols on case of dengue virus during COVID-19 Pandemic, while the rest were none. Lastly, for problems encountered in observing health protocol, three of the five indicators obtained a weighted mean ranging from 3.32 to 3.38 which are interpreted as very serious and these are the following, early diagnose of dengue, there are vital signs collected and management of dengue patient in wards depends on the stage of the sickness. Through this study, action plan is being proposed to enhance the level of health awareness and imitigate the challenges arised in the study.
