520 _aIn the Philippines, technology will inevitably advance quickly, transforming every aspect of education. Teachers already incorporate the effects of using various multimedia tools into their regular lesson plans. Collaborative classrooms can be transformed by incorporating modern technologies (Salas, 2023). Nevertheless, there are serious issues with employing multimedia apps, including poor internet access within the school, subscriptions, unnecessary data, and a dearth of the interactive backdrop. When multimedia technologies are utilized inappropriately or ineffectively during a lesson in a classroom, students' involvement might become infectious. Using a validated researcher-made questionnaire for Santo Niño Elementary School in District II of Paranaque City and a pretest and posttest for the Grade Five pupils, the researcher employs a descriptive correlational research design. The questionnaire created by the researcher is based on the problem statement, which includes the variables required to ascertain whether using multimedia educational applications will benefit students' academic performance. It also includes a pretest and posttest to evaluate the relationship between multimedia educational applications and students' academic performance. In this research study, the result is evident that the results of Grade 5 students in the post and pretest are significantly difference which means that the multimedia applications can help the students to learn more and enhance their other skills. Based on the result, the research came up with the seminar of output to engage the teacher to discover new multimedia applications to make their discussion more interactive.
