Findings indicate effective lesson planning that considers diverse needs. Moderate to high collaboration with students on instructional methods, with room for improvement in using feedback and strong ability to identify and use various teaching resources There was no statistically significant difference in the learning environment and learner diversity variance across the three analyzed groups. Bascd on the findings, a professional development seminar is proposed for Grade 10 teachers to address identified areas for improvement.
