| 520 | _aThe study delves into the firsthand narratives of employees navigating the challenges posed by the rising inflation rate. Through a qualitative exploration of these dauntless anecdotes, the research aims to identify common themes and patterns in employees{92} experiences, shedding light on the multifaceted impacts of inflation on their professional and personal lives. It seeks to comprehend the circumstances in which they find themselves and raise awareness of their struggles inside their institutions regarding this phenomenon. The study employs a phenomenological approach and conducted semi-structured interviews with 12 personnel from Olivarez College Paranaque that includes clerical employees with teaching units, full-time and part-time faculty staff. This study has concluded a total of three themes; (1) prioritizing needs over wants, (2) multiple workloads, and (3) priority and passion that connected us to the problem that employees face in their everyday lives especially in the overwhelming rise of the inflation rate. The ultimate goal is to leverage these insights in the development of a targeted Coping Adversity Program. This program is designed to equip organizations with effective strategies and interventions to support employees in mitigating the adverse effects of inflation, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being in the face of economic uncertainties. | ||
