520 _aThis study explores the employment inequality in the hotel service industry. The research discusses what one has lived working in the hospitality industry with different challenges, people, working environment, barriers, and workplace. Through qualitative methods, the study gathers data from hotel employees themselves, providing a firsthand perspective on their experiences. Thematic analysis will be employed to identify recurring themes and gain a deeper understanding of their realities within the hotel industry. The findings showcase the diverse perspectives and challenges faced by employees in the hotel industry. The importance of engagement, diversity, good communication, employment process, and inclusivity is featured. Above all, the study emphasized the need to oppose biases, and unfairness and promote equality in the workplace. The research is supposed to acknowledge the need for further development in policies, communication strategies, hiring, and training.
