520 _aDay-to-day operations are happening at ports, brokerage firms, and logistics companies that involve the various tasks and activities required to ensure that goods are shipped from one location to another in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This study examines how the electronic tracking of containerized cargo systems (ETRACCS) influences brokerage business operations. It seeks to ascertain the substantial change in brokerage business operations before and after the implementation of ETRACCS and its difficulties. The study gathered 50 respondents from the various brokerage firms or logistics companies and researchers used the snowball sampling technique to gather respondents from different brokerage firms or logistics companies, where the respondents may also refer to another respondent as long as it meets the needed criteria. The study used a descriptive research design as it sought to describe the before and after of the implementation of ETRACCS. This study discusses the results of its hypothesis statement, where findings revealed that there is no significant difference between before and after ETRACCS implementation when respondents are chosen based on their profile, nor is there a difference between the challenges of ETRACCS implementation on brokerage firm operations among the respondents{92} profiles. Finally, the researchers constructed a graphical handbook containing information, processes, and suggestions from the researchers for electronic tracking of containerized cargo systems.
