520 _aAnxiety and depression are defining issues of today{92}s generation, especially Millennials and Generation Z. The goal of this study is to know the anxiety and depression of Generation Z and the Millennials. Data from one hundred (100) respondents, fifty (50) Generation Z and fifty (50) Millennials, were gathered. This study focuses on Generation Z and Millennials who are experiencing or have experienced anxiety and depression. Both diagnosed and self-diagnosed patients participated in this study. The survey was done through Google form and will ask for their willingness to participate in this study. After gathering the survey, following the collection of data, the researchers tallied the responses of each respondent based on the level of agreement or disagreement with each question or statement. In this study, a t-test will be employed to calculate the ratio of the difference in group means over the combined standard errors of both groups to determine genuine difference between the two group means. As a result, the levels of anxiety and depression in Generation Z and Millennials varied significantly. There was a significant difference between the symptoms, behavioral effects, and emotional effects. On the other hand, there wee no significant differences found in trigger factors and coping mechanisms. The researchers{92} output was to hold a seminar on the impact of anxiety and depression on mental health to address the anxiety and depression that Generation Z and Millennials are experiencing. The study{92}s findings wee presented as proof and encouragement for additional investigation on the topic.
