520 _aThe researchers aimed to know Telehealth clientsÂ’ Lived Experiences and Satisfaction in Paranaque. We conducted a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. This qualitative research study describes the lived experiences of six telehealth clients who used telehealth as a mode of consultation during and after the pandemic. They participated in-depth between April 15 and April 28, 2023. The primary data collection was an in-depth semi-structured video conference and interviews to reveal the participantsÂ’ experiences and comprehensive insight into telehealth. The interviews were researchers treated and analyzed the data gathered from the interviews by utilizing round-robin analysis to generate a large amount of data in a brief period. The first thing out, clusters of meaning were formulated and used to write a textural description which is what the participants experienced, and a structural description which is how the participants experienced. From the structural and textural description, the researchers wrote a composite description that presents the lived experience of the participants. This study focused on understanding and describing Telehealth clientsÂ’ Lived Experiences and Satisfaction in Paranaque City. After reading many times and checking and analyzing interview transcriptions, the first four themes were formulated, describing the Lived Experiences and Satisfaction. Theme 1 highlighted the Convenience. Theme 2 explained Disadvantages. Theme 3 described Efficiency. Theme 4 highlighted the Advancement. Despite the challenges, these Clients have adopted commendable coping mechanisms and progressed despite the pandemic. Since this study gives an overview that is only limited to a specific group of Telehealth clients, future studies should explore other international experiences and satisfaction of clients using telehealth in-depth by looking at the other variables of the phenomenon.
