520 _a High vaccine acceptance and uptake will be required to manage the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Watts et.al. (2020), for the well-being and healthy development of children during the pandemic, teachers represent a priority population in order to minimize social disruption and ensure continuity in education. A high level teacher acceptance of a COVID-19 vaccination will be crucial to avoiding disruptions to education and ensuring teacher safety, for those who are most at risk for developing serious COVID-19-related illness (Racey et.al. 2021). This study utilized a qualitative research approach as its design, while a researcher-made interview questionnaire, which is made in order to determine the respondents{92} perceptions towards vaccination and their compliance in terms of receiving booster 3 shots, was used as the study{92}s data instrument. Within this study, the following terms were formed; (a) Safety Measures; (b) Perceived benefits of vaccine; (c) Perceived risks of vaccine; (d) Perception on vaccination acceptance; (e) Hesitancy due to fear, and; (f) Hesitancy due to lifestyle. Results of this study suggested that teaching staff of the institution should try to hone their knowledge regarding COVID-19 vaccinations. Also, the need to seek out ways to receive their next dose, if not received, is suggested. Research on the possible risks of not having said vaccines, and its benefits if one might get booster vaccines is highly recommended.
