The paper utilized a descriptive research design. Participants of the study were composed of customers, management and canteen staff from the satellite canteens of the school totaled to 100 respondents. Data were gathered through the use of questionnaires and were statistically treated using t-test upon clustering the two groups which are the respondent categories and satellite canteens. The study utilized the SERVQUAL model modifying eight dimensions namely management and operations, services, staff attitude, facilities, ambience, pricing, food selection, quality, safety and sanitation. The study reveals that when the mean scores were treated, the results showed that there is significant difference in the assessment of the respondents when grouped according to respondent categories, thus, the null hypothesis is rejected. On the other hand, there is no significant difference in the assessment of the respondents when grouped according to the satellite canteen, thus, the null hypothesis is accepted. Findings of the study are the bases for the development of 6S standard mechanism for the satellite canteens of Olivarez College | ||
