Physicaleducation has long clamored for new insights and understanding about achange that will bring a new understanding on the strategies for the totalmanagement of the implementation of the program. The need forphysical fitness and sports program is one of the most vital needs inour every life. Physical education plays an integral part in the total educationalprocess. It contributes to the development of the individual through thenatural medium of physical activity and human movement. Physicaleducation is designed to promole the optimum development of theindividual physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally through totabody movements in the performance of properly selected physicaactivities (Mequi, 1988). It assists in developing well-rounded, happy, skilledintelligent, and productive persons to their highest potential aindividuals and democratic citizens and helps to attain total fitneswhich will enable them to enjoy good life which is the ultimate goal of physical education.
