It utilized qualitative phenomenological method using focus group discussion, interviews and doodling among thirteen participants in selected private schools. Results showed that participants experienced never-ending challenges as they shifted from face-to-face instructions to online modalities. Teachers were required a massive amount of time, effort and resources to achieve these practical and achievable teaching modalities. To respond to this, a mindfulness tool was proposed for this purpose. | ||
