520 _aPolice personnel are among the frontline employees tasked with enforcing lockdown orders and following government recommendations to prevent the spread of the disease. This will concentrate on how police personnel respond to needs for action relating to public health regulations/safety protocol such as lockdowns, mandatory quarantines, and crowd control. The research design used as quantitative/descriptive study to collect the quantifiable information of all the variables that means a sample of observations from a population to make assumption. The researcher-made questionnaire is used for data gathering that was validated by the panel of experts, specifically: The Direction of the Research Center and three senior faculty members of the College of Criminology. The survey questionnaire was made in Google Forms and properly disseminated to 200 respondents divide into three groups: police personnel, barangay officials, and residents in San Dionisio, Parañaque City police personnel is ensuring safety protocol. This study discloses the foreseen gains and challenges that may arise in enforcing safety protocol in the midst of pandemic, the result of gathered data is that complication on enforcing safety protocols that leads to been a problem. To address the problems that have arisen, the survey found that early, consistent, and strict implementation of safety protocols and regulations is needed. Overall, there is no significant difference in the assessments therefore, the Parañaque City Police Personnel is effective in ensuring safety protocols. The future researchers can use this as reference and further research this topic is very much advised.
