College teachers should focus their attentlon primarlly upon theneeds and purposes of their students rather than upon the subjectmatter. Thus,helping the students develop and maintaln wholesomepersonalltles and preventing all types of personality maladjustment.Inaddition, there should be provisions for in-service educatlonal acflvitles forto teachers be made to upgrade their teaching techniques and methodsof Instruction. Parents of college freshmen should be involved in planning,organizing and evaluating the college curicular and co-cumicularprograms. There should be an effective initlation of encouragingmeasures so that parents will be encourage to be a part of theirchildren's educative process.
